You are submitting a request to be matched with one of our third-party lenders or lending partners. To offer you a loan, one or more of the third-party lenders or lending partners in our network need your consent to use and accept electronic signatures, records, legal disclosures, and other communications (“Electronic Consent”). MoneyMor.com is not responsible for any communications, if any, you may receive from your lender or lending partner.
This is intended to inform you about your rights when receiving disclosures, notices, and information. By clicking “I Agree” or other links that accept our terms, you acknowledge that you have received this Electronic Consent and agree to conduct transactions using electronic signatures, electronic disclosures, electronic records, and electronic contractual documents (“Disclosures”).
If you wish to receive a paper copy of any Disclosure, please contact your third-party lender or lending partner directly. These Disclosures may be available to you from the third-party lender or lending partner. Note that some lenders or lending partners may charge a fee for sending you paper copies of the Disclosures. The lender or lending partner will retain all Disclosures as required by applicable law.
Option for Paper Records/Disclosures
This Electronic Consent applies to all online interactions between you and the third-party lender or lending partner and includes interactions on any mobile device, including smartphones, phones, and tablets. Through this Electronic Consent, the third-party lender or lending partner may process your information and interact with you electronically during all online interactions. You may also receive notices electronically from the lender or lending partner in relation to your interactions and transactions with the third-party lender or lending partner. The Disclosures may be provided online on the third-party lender or lending partner’s websites.
Scope of Consent
Before deciding whether to do business electronically with a third-party lender or lending partner, first consider whether you have the necessary hardware and software capabilities to do so. To access, obtain, and retain Disclosures electronically, the following computer software and hardware are required: 1) A PC or MAC-compatible computer or another device capable of accessing the internet; 2) access to a functioning email account; and 3) an internet browser software program that supports at least 128-bit encryption (e.g., Firefox, Internet Explorer, Netscape, etc.); 4) you may need Adobe Acrobat Reader X® or Foxit® to read some PDF documents; and 5) a printer or long-term storage device (e.g., a computer disk drive).
Consent to Conduct Business Electronically and System Requirements
Before deciding whether to do business electronically with a third-party lender or lending partner, first consider whether you have the necessary hardware and software capabilities to do so. Modification of Consent Terms
MoneyMor.com reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at our discretion without prior notice.
Withdrawing Your Consent
Your electronic consent to our lender matching service and for consideration of your application by our third-party lenders and lending partners cannot be withdrawn as this is a one-time transaction. Your legal effectiveness, validity, and enforceability will not be affected if you choose to withdraw this Electronic Consent. Once you connect with one or more third-party lenders or lending partners, you can withdraw your electronic consent with any of those lenders or lending partners at any time and without charge. Please note that if you withdraw your electronic consent before receiving a loan, you may not be able to obtain a loan from the lender or lending partner.
Updating Contact Information
Keep the third-party lender or lending partner updated on any changes to your electronic or postal address. To update your information, you can log in to the third-party lender or lending partner’s website. Alternatively, you can send your updated information to the third-party lender or lending partner by mail.
Your Ability to Access Disclosures

YOU ALSO ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOUR CONSENT TO ELECTRONIC DISCLOSURES IS REQUIRED TO RECEIVE SERVICES FROM THIRD-PARTY LENDERS OR LENDING PARTNERS THROUGH THE INTERNET. IF YOU DO NOT PROCEED, YOU DO NOT WISH TO USE ELECTRONIC SIGNATURES OR CONDUCT THIS TRANSACTION ELECTRONICALLY.
